As owner and Chef, with over 20 years experience, Kono Akao
learned the art of food in his home country of Japan and spent
three months in France as a culinary exchange student. His
love is in preparing a classical fusion of French and European
cuisines. The menu at Kono's reflects his passion for food, the
use of fresh, local produce, and his excellence in preparations.
